Oil & Diesel Filtration
We provide an on-site filtration service to remove all contaminants from oil/diesel (& the system). Our filter elements remove particles 3 micron absolute.
Oil Analysis
Contamination is the biggest cause of mechanical failures in equipment. Regular Oil Analysis is a low cost preventive maintenance tool to avoid costly downtime.
On-site Repairs
Our Onsite Repair Service can help with anything from a burst hydraulic hose, leaking pipework, faults or general engineering maintenance & repairs.
All our oil Analysis samples are sent to an independent lab which will provide a detailed PDF report with the analysis findings.

Our Filtration Rigs are equipped with filter elements that remove particles 3 micron absolute.
The Filtration Rigs can also remove 99.95 percent of water from the oil/diesel and the Rigs have a Micromag Magnetic Filter fitted to remove all metallic particles.
Each filter element can remove 2 kg of dirt and one litre of water from the system.
We have our own mobile workshop for on-site repairs, from hydraulic faults & hose repairs to engineering & welding repairs.
The Hydramec Onsite Service Van is equipped with a hydraulic hose crimping machine, which can crimp up to 2”2 wire hose.
The Mobile Workshop is also equipped with a hose test bench which can achieve 700 bar test pressure, and can produce an electronic hose test certificate for each hose made.
